The client advisors (Albi, Mark, and Kyle) were professional, direct, and efficient with great knowledge of the cars and features. Abe, This was the second car that we purchased from Luxury Motors (we purchased a BMW Z4 from your Downer's Grove location a couple of years ago). In both experiences, we were very pleased.
With our current purchase of the red 2006 330 BMW, both Zoran and Afrim were fantastic. Zoran was an excellent salesman. On the day of our
purchase, we had several cars that we were interested in, he knew right where they were and had all the details with him to answer any questions.
A part was missing on the roof of the car we purchased, so Zoran made sure that would be taken care of for us. Afrim was a master at financing. He
was very personable, quick and efficient. We will certainly purchase more vehicles from Luxury Motors in the future. Very pleased,

After watching my father make several satisfied purchases through luxurymotors O'Hare and Las Vegas, I decided it was time to buy my second vehicle ever. Being a 24 year old, and having owned just one car before, I was unaware of how truly genuine some car buying experiences can be. Not only was I given a great deal, I was given superior customer service. I titled my vehicle out of state and the finance department made it a no effort situation. My salesman, Jasin, followed up with me multiple times even well after I owned the vehicle, and not to try to sell me more vehicles, just to ensure my satisfaction. Anytime I go in for service or scheduled
maintenance, I'm warmly greeted, and if it takes longer than expected I'm fed, given coffee and good conversation. I don't think I'll buy a car from anywhere else, Luxurymotors can get me any car I want, and it's more like going to see a friend than having to deal with buying a car. I was welcomed from the very beginning of walking into Luxury Motors. Billy Shamah pointed me to the lot where I could find a selection of BMW X3’s and told me to familiarize myself with the vehicles. Even though I came into the dealership right before closing time, I didn’t feel rushed and wasn’t pressured to make an instantaneous decision. I test drove various cars and made a decision to purchase the vehicle of my dreams. I was a first time buyer and Dimitri Kametas explained all of the finance paper work thoroughly to me and answered all of my financing questions. Billy Shamah and Dimitri Kametas were wonderful and I will send all of my friends and family to Luxury Motors for their next car purchase because of the exuberant staff and the most reasonable priced vehicles in the Chicago Land Area.
